Born in 1982, Wayne Bks, known in the creative world as Conform, is a Cape Town-based multidisciplinary artist whose work spans large-scale murals, digital design, and fine art. Drawing since early childhood, he formalized his creative path with a diploma in Art Direction and Design at AAA School of Advertising (Johannesburg, 2001–2003), and discovered his lasting connection to spray paint in 2000.
After four years of working in top advertising agencies including Y&R and Hippocampus, Wayne shifted his focus to independent work. Since 2010, he has freelanced full-time, creating dynamic mural work and bold design pieces that blend urban energy with conceptual depth. His artwork has been exhibited locally and internationally at spaces including Circus Ninja, DIRT Contemporary, Whatiftheworld, WorldArt, MatchBox Africa (Germany), Creative Debuts (London), and Art Bureau Collective. Wayne's work has also featured in a range of global publications such as Beautiful Decay (USA), Graphotism (UK), GraffitiArt Magazine (FR), and One Small Seed, Blunt, and Grafitti South Africa (ZA), as well as the international RED campaign Paint (RED) Save Lives (USA).
His client portfolio includes brands and institutions such as Samsung, Radisson Red, Sportscene, V&A Waterfront, Greenpop, RED (New York), The Ninevites (Stockholm), Philippi Village, and CT Marathon, among others.
